2024
It started with a frustration shared by every woman in the room: activewear that didn't fit. Sizes ran small. Designs felt like afterthoughts. The women who needed thoughtful, capable garments most were the ones being designed around. That gap became the brief.
From Idea to Fabric
Early 2025
From a small studio in San José, we partnered with manufacturers who shared our standards on fit, fabric, and ethics. Months of prototyping followed, testing seams, stretching limits, refining cuts on real bodies of every size before any piece earned the FlyFree label.
The First Collection
Late 2025
FlyFree launched with a tight edit: leggings that held their shape, sports bras with real support, shirts that actually breathed. Inclusive sizing from the very first drop. The response told us what we suspected — there was room, and a need, for what we were doing.

Today
Today we dress women across Costa Rica and beyond, with a range that now spans activewear, loungewear, and accessories. The mission hasn't shifted: thoughtfully designed pieces that meet women where they are. The next chapter is yours to move through.
